How do I view the status of my option exercise request?

Navigate to the Exercise & Releases Page

• Select the Options tab to see your option exercise records.

Locate Your Exercise Request

• Find the exercise request you submitted. You may see a table listing all your requests, including pending, approved, and rejected ones.

Check Status Badges

• Look for the Approval Status and Payment Status columns:

  • Approval Status: Shows if your request is Pending, Approved, or Rejected.

  • Payment Status: Indicates if payment is Due, Processing, Received (Online/Offline), or Failed.

• Click the “View details” button in the 3 dot kebab menu next to your exercise request for a detailed breakdown.

• The details page will show:

  • Step meter (visual progress bar) indicating each stage

  • Grant and exercise details (number of options, price, FMV, cost, tax, etc.)

  • Any attached exercise agreement and whether you accepted it

• The step meter and status badges will help you understand what stage your request is at and what actions (if any) are required from you.
