The RSA dashboard provides an overview of your RSA grants and will be displayed to you if you have an RSA grant regardless as to the status of that grant.

Grants that are in the grant acceptance workflow and pending company or participant acceptance are not included on the dashboard until after the participant has accepted the grant.
